魯肉飯 (Luroufan), a Taiwanese dish of minced, cubed, or ground fatty pork, stewed in soy sauce and spices, then served on rice. Paella (西班牙海鮮飯), a Spanish dish of rice, saffron, chicken, seafood, etc., cooked and served in a large shallow pan.
